The White Hart

Many of you may know that for some time I have considered delving into the business side of restaurants, having written about them and immersed myself in the world of food and drink for some 25 years. I’m now turning the idea into reality with an exciting opportunity in our wonderful local town of Wiveliscombe.

The White Hart is William’s restaurant, bar and hotel in the beautiful town of Wiveliscombe in West Somerset.

The dining room offers an Italian menu as well as special events, there’s a fabulous wine list, as well as all the drinks you might expect from a great bar and a 16-bedroom hotel.

Rooms and bathrooms are a work in progress and we offer great over-night packages pre-refurb.
